Refugi é um espetáculo construído sobre o equilíbrio: o equilíbrio físico que impede a queda do arame, e o equilíbrio emocional que permite conciliar medos e esperanças. Refugi é uma luta contra o declínio físico e energético que chega com a idade, superado através da ternura e vulnerabilidade de uma personagem que aceita, ainda que a contragosto, todas as suas limitações.

Refugi is a show based on balance: the physical balance that keeps you from falling off the tightrope, and the emotional balance that allows to you to reconcile fears and hopes. Refugi is a struggle with the physical and energetic decline that comes with age, overcome through the tenderness and vulnerability of a character who reluctantly accepts all their limitations.
