Nos dias 16 e 17 de dezembro de 2023 tivemos 3 espetáculos de circo para toda a família, no nosso Clube de Circo Contemporâneo, no Espaço Agra. A entrada foi gratuita, com marcação obrigatória e limitada para cada uma das sessões. Os 3 espetáculos apresentaram 1 vez em cada dia.

“Um artista de Circo perde todo o seu trabalho depois de uma pandemia ter abalado o mundo tal como o conhecíamos.
No final do confinamento, faz-se à estrada com a sua mota de três rodas. Nesta viagem, o Artista-Clown-Malabarista procura o reencontro com as pessoas e o lugar certo para voltar a apresentar os seus espetáculos. Inesperadamente, uma avaria mecânica obriga-o a fazer uma paragem. Ou será outra coisa?”
No projeto T0+1, Thorsten Grutjen oferece uma reflexão sobre o direito à habitação, o nomadismo ou importância de ver o nosso planeta como casa para todos os seus habitantes.
“A circus artist loses all his work after a pandemic has shaken the world as we know it. The Artist-Clown-Juggler, at the end of his confinement, hits the road on his three-wheeled motorbike and tries to find his street, his public space, his working place where he can present his shows and meet people again.Unexpectedly he is forced to make a stop: a mechanical breakdown! Or is it something else?”
Inside his small house, the thoughts, emotions and uncertainties experienced during the days of Lock Down are rising. He reflects on the right to housing, nomadism and the importance of seeing our planet as a home for all its inhabitants.

Com cenas divertidas e sensíveis a Cia Duo Verse mistura acrobacias, malabares, equilíbrios e a técnica de mão a mão, onde potenciam e representam de forma súbtil a força feminina.
Between supports, bases and changes, being these physical and symbolic, the boxes and bodies transform, adapt and permeate each other.
With funny and sensitive scenes, Cia Duo Verse mixes acrobatics, juggling, balancing and the hand to hand technique, where they potentiate and represent in a subtle way the feminine force.

Projeto de circo contemporâneo interpretado por dois malabaristas que se colocam ao desafio da partilha constante e obrigatória de todos os recursos. Uma investigação sobre as redes, sobre as formas e esquemas da partilha digital. Um estudo sobre a distribuição de objetos entre 2 corpos, passes-receções-partilhas. Um ciclo que não se encerra, força a partilha da identidade ao habitar o mesmo espaço com um Dual SIM.
Na relação com o espaço-tempo, analisamos os mapas de rede de internet no planeta, os esquemas de correio eletrónico ou de partilha de informação. Estas linhas cruzadas e multiplicadas, que no meio da confusão, criam espécies de constelações de beleza natural. Cruzamos, com esta investigação, um malabarismo de passes como regra obrigatória. Um caminho sinuoso e cruzado sobre si mesmo com uma única composição em forma de eletricidade que alimenta todo o circuito.
Os dois intérpretes jogam a regra da partilha constante, levando o público a perder a noção de corpo-corpo e identidade-identidade. Investigar sobre o universo da partilha digital, o crescendo dessa distribuição as suas vantagens e dependência. A necessidade desse fluxo de informação e matérias.
A comparação entre estes trajetos e as rotas de mercadorias, a distribuição de materiais físico pelo planeta em relação com o mundo digital. Trajetos – velocidades – matérias.
Dual SIM is a contemporary circus project performed by two jugglers that embrace the challenge of a continuous and mandatory sharing of all resources.
An investigation about networks, and the forms and schemes of digital sharing. A study on the distribution of objects between two bodies—passing-receiving-sharing. A cycle that one does not complete, and that forces the sharing of identity and the inhabiting of the same space like a Dual SIM.
In the relation with space-time, we analyse Internet maps in the planet, as well as electronic mail and information sharing schemes. Crossed and multiplied lines that amidst the confusion sort of create constellations of natural beauty. A winding road crossing itself with a single composition in the shape of electricity that feeds the entire circuit. The two performers are always playing under the sharing rule, leading the audience to lose the sense of body-body and identity-identity. From standard circus objects to everyday objects, everything is manipulated and passed on from body to body. Investigating the universe of digital sharing, the increase of that distribution, its advantages and addiction. The need for that flow of information and matters. Comparing these routes with those of goods and the distribution of materials in the physical world as compared to the digital world.
